50 Burpees-over-rower

For time

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 40 each, (80/50) D-ball, (20/16″) box, 80-ft HS walk or 8 wall-walks
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 32 each, (50/30) D-ball, (20/16″) box step overs, 6 wall-walks or 100-ft bear crawl

    That was a good tough WOD!! D-ball squat cleans are tough with sweaty hands!!
