*Guidelines for choosing a weight:

Males:

  • Bench Press load is equal to or greater than 75% body weight
  • Back Squat load is equal to or greater than 100% body weight
  • Deadlift load is equal to or greater than 125% body weight

Females:

  • Bench Press load is equal to or greater than 50% body weight
  • Back Squat load is equal to or greater than 75% body weight
  • Deadlift load is equal to or greater than 100% body weight

 

†MP Levels: (If you follow any of these, you cannot register the score for the actual challenge)

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Males: ≥50,75,100%; Females: ≥35,60,85%
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: Males: ≥35,60,85%; Females: ≥25,50,75%

    BSQ: 22 @ 250# (114%)*= 5500
    DL: 30 @ 285# (130%) = 8550
    Total: = 18,505

    *Totally loaded the wrong load. Was 20# too heavy compared to what I had planned. 😬
