9 Devil’s presses (2 x 50/35)

 

3 rounds for time

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 15-ft HS walk or 75-ft bear crawl, remaining reps through plu are the same except with single under option at 63, Devil’s press (2 x 40/30)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 50-ft bear crawl, remaining reps through plu are the same except with single under option at 42, modify GHD and pull-ups as needed, Devil’s press (2 x 35/25)
