80 Dumbbell hang squat cleans (2 x 50/35)*

40 Bar muscle-ups*

†Levels:

  • CFG 55-64 Rx: Dumbbells (2 x 35/25)
  • MP Intermediate/CFG 65+ Rx: 80 Dumbbell hang squat cleans (2 x 35/25), 30 Chest-to-bar pull-ups & 10 Bar muscle-ups
  • MP Beginner/65+ Scaled: 60 Dumbbell hang squat cleans (2 x 30/20), 30 Pull-ups & 10 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

    Capped w/ 6 reps left.
    Stuck with 4/2 pattern.
    TB 6:40- I think.
    Fun WoD. I would love to redo w/out congestion from allergies

    Capped with 13 reps remaining (3 HSC/10 MUs)
    I started off with 4 HSC/2 MU and maintained this through the tiebreaker.
    I then switched to 8/2. I should have done more HSC early on and worked MU singles at the end. I rested too much before doing 2 connected.
