*Use the same barbell and weight throughout the workout. Weight should be 50-60% of your thruster 1-rm. Back squats are taken from the floor. NO racks.

- Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same reps as advanced, (95/63) barbell
- Beginner/70+ Scaled: 4 reps of each movement, (80/53) barbell

First 2rds started off too fast. Rd 3 began to set a good rhythm. Don’t go hot off the start next time. Also don’t wear lifters, i switched Back to trainers around minute 14, Feet were hurting.
