  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 30-20-10 rep rounds, (65/43) barbell, 30 WB shots after each round (12/8)

    5’s on thrusters and PLU’s.
    10’s on GHD’S and bike, except for round of 30
    10,8,7 WB’s

    Coach did Intermediate weight
    We did beginner reps
    I did 35# thruster, 6# wall ball, we both did strict pull-ups

    Trying to take load off and reduce volume of kipping movements to let my shoulder rehab. Really hoping it gets feeling better in about a month. 🙏🏼
