This week has been stressfully long. Movement was good! I had a mental lapse on round of 9 OHS, snatched it up and knocked out 6, then dropped, and started to add weight. Got one side loaded, before I realized I was 3 reps shy, adjusted load, missed the snatch, then hit it, and finished out the OHS. Oh well, fits perfectly with the week. 💪🏼😎
