Fun times “Through the Decades” during 26.1!

 

Conditioning:

Partner WOD (equal work required)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 5-minutes of:

400m Ski

100-ft Handstand walk

Max reps bar-facing burpees

1:00 Rest

 

2 Rounds for total score

 

…Rest 2-minutes and then…

 

As many rounds and reps* as possible in 6-minutes of:

2 Push-ups

2 Toes-to-bar

2 Power clean and jerks (155/103)

 

For score

*Add 2 reps to each exercise every round

 

…Rest 2-minutes and then…

 

10 Wall-walks

30 Chest-to-bar

80 Double-unders

 

2 Rounds for time

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 400 Ski, 50-ft HS walk or 100-ft BC, same burpees; PU, Toes-above-hips, (135/93) Pwr C&J, same rep setup; 6 WW, 24 C2B PLU or PLU, 60 Dbl. unders or 150 singles
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 300 Ski, 100-ft BC, same burpees; PU, knees-to-chest or SU, (115/78) Pwr C&J, same rep setup; 6 Scaled WW, 20 Banded PLU or RR, 30 Dbl. unders or 60 singles

    45, 85, 7:47 partnered with Anniee
    First round of handstand walking took forever, didn’t make it to the Burpee‘s. Second round did 25 feet each.

    45 – 1st rd we did rx, then had to mod to 50ft hsw on 2nd rd. So first rd we only got 1 burpee done lol.
