Strength:

In 8:00, warm up to 80% shoulder press and 80% thruster, then…

Every 2 minutes on the minute, perform:

2 Shoulder Press* ⇒ 3 Push Press*

 

4 rounds for quality

*Do all rounds at 80% of SP and 80% of Thruster. Using two barbells is allowed.

 

Conditioning:

400m Run

25 Double unders

20 Kettlebell swings (72/53)

15 V-ups

10 Strict pull-ups

5 Strict handstand push-ups

 

2 Rounds for time

(15:00 cap)

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Adv: 400m run, 20-16-12-8-4 reps, (55/35) kbs
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 300m run, 15-12-9-6-3 reps, (35/25) kbs

    Did all SHSPU UB do was happy with that! SPLU in 4/3/3

    Had a hard time breathing today though.
