*While two partners are alternating sandbag cleans, the other partner is performing max calories for one minute. At the top of the minute, one partner switches out to perform calories. And then the last partner does calories in the last minute.

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same reps, WBS (20/14), Snatch (125/83)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 4-2-1 rep count for 9-minute AMRAP, WBS (16/10), (95/63)
