Instructions: Both partners perform the farmers walks simultaneously, carrying two DBs each, one DB in each hand. All rep counts are team totals. Equal work is required. While one partner performs reps, the other must be actively in the appropriate hold. No reps can be performed until the hold is active. Use one bar for the two lifts. Weight must be added for the deadlifts once G2OH’s are completed. Tag between exercises.

- Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same rep counts as Advanced, farmers walk (2 x 40/30), G2OH (80/53)/same hold (2 x 72/53), SHSPU or box HSPU, deadlifts (255/168)/same hold (62/45)
- Beginner/70+ Scaled: 300m farmers walk (2 x 35/25), 70 squats/same hold, 60 pull-ups/same hold, 50 sit-ups/same hold, 40 cals biked/same hold, 30 B.O.B/ same hold, 20 G2OH (65/43)/same hold (2 x 62/45), 16 box HSPU/same hold, 10 deadlifts (225/148)/same hold (53/35)
