  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 800m bike, 18 GHD SU to parallel, 14 box jumps (20/16″), 5 power cleans (145/98)

    GHDs were hardest part for me. Need to work on that. Tried doing 12 on first set. Had to stop 2 times every round. Idk what my rep scheme was after first set. lol
