Part A:

40 Toes-to-bar

40 Line-facing burpees

…directly into…

Part B:

3-rep Max snatch*

 

16:00 total time cap

*3 consecutive successful lifts at the same load (can be singles or connected)

 

Two score for this WOD: Time (Part A), Load (Part B)

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 32 T2B, 32 Line-facing burpees, same snatch
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 24 T2B, 24 Line-facing burpees, same snatch

    Part 1 was way more tiring than I had anticipated. Started too heavy (135) on snatches to simply get the cobwebs off. Missed first snatch, then hit 3 at 135 to get a score, then hit 2 at 145, then looked at time and went to 150 to get 3.

    If I was to repeat this, I would hit one at 115,125,135,145-150,and then 3 at 155-165

    Wasted 20 or so seconds between the 1st T2B and burpees contemplating if I actually did 40 or not. Video confirmed 40.
