Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

12 Alternating dumbbell snatches (70/50)

50-ft Single arm dumbbell overhead lunges

12 Alternating dumbbell cleans

50-ft Single arm dumbbell front-rack lunges

 

For score

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 8 snatches and cleans (50/35)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 8 snatches and cleans (40/30), 30-ft lunges (front rack lunges both sets)
