    Tested this one on Tuesday.
    1. Due to my shoulders being tired from the gymnastics seminar, I did cleans instead of snatches.
    2. BSQ felt heavy, but got up to 285 for the last two sets.
    3. I did Dbl DB Arnold presses instead of barbell SP. Started at 15# increased by 5 each round.
    4. Used a 35# kb for all three sets. Left leg is noticeably stronger/more stable than right.
