Beginner/70+ scaled: 16 pull-ups, 32 reps of all other movements, then 16 pull-ups; (95/63) deadlift, step-up allowed on box, (35/25) kettlebell, (45/23) thrusters

1)Smooth is fast, especially when stripping weights.
2)Dont do big set on DL. Grip will suffer.
