Option 1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes of:

30/25 Calories rowed

20 Sit-ups

15 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)

10 Burpees-over-dumbbell

 

For score

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same reps, (40/30) DB
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 25/20 calories, 16 sit-ups, 12 DB snatches (35/25), 8 burpees-over-DB

20 Wall-ball shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

18 Box jump overs

30 Wall-ball shots

18 Box jump overs

40 Wall-ball shots

18 Box step overs w/WB (20/14)
