Option 1:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes of:

1000m Bike

10 GHD Sit-ups

10 Sandbag cleans over shoulder (100/75)

10 Sandbag bearhug squats

 

For score (40 points/round)

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 800m bike, 8 GHDs, 8 cleans/squats (75/50)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 600m bike, 8 GHDs, 8 cleans/squats (50/30)

80-ft Single-arm dumbbell overhead lunges (50/35)

20 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)

20 Pull-ups

    Got 15 of the last set of snatches. With probably 11:30 TB. I purposely started out slow. Was still hard for me to breathe. Got discouraged because I was hoping to get a MU and mailed it in. After workout did 1 MU like 1 or 2 min later.
