Conditioning:

With a 2:00 work, 2:00 rest/transition, max reps at each of the following stations:

Sled push (460/350)

Strict pull-ups

Devil presses (2 x 50/35)

Single-arm kettlebell overhead walking lunges* (53/35)

Pike handstand push-ups (24″)

 

2 Rounds for score

*Perform these in 25-ft sections, with 5-ft = 1 point

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: (405/295) sled, (2 x 40/30) devil presses, (45/30) kettlebell, pike handstand pushups (20″)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: (360/250) sled, ring rows, (2 x 35/25) devil presses, (35/25) kettlebell goblet lunges, knees on box handstand pushups
