500m Ski

20 Sandbag cleans (100/75)

500m Row

20 Sandbag bearhug squats (100/75)

 

2 rounds for time

(25:00 cap)

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same reps and distances, (75/50) SB
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 400m run, (50/30) SB, 400m ski, 400m row

    Started intermediate on bike and got really behind so went down to scaled.
    Made it to 2nd round 13 SB cleans before cap.
    1500m bike
    150ft SB carry (50lb)
    400m ski
    16 SB cleans (50lb)
    400m row
    16 SB squats (50lb)
