*Time is when the total of the calories and reps equals 1225. Only one teammate is working at a time. Athletes can choose any order for the machines, but must do all three once each, and choose one to do twice. No tagging required.

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Reps total 1000, (45/30) kettlebell
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: Reps total 800, (35/25) kettlebell
