Conditioning:

Spring TRU Challenge WOD 1 – Individual*

“Junk in the Trunk”

Complete as many reps in 2-minutes of:

Back squat

 

For max tonnage (weight (lbs) x reps)

*Athlete chooses load before “Go!”, and must remain at the given load for the entirety of the 2-minutes. The athlete may rerack the barbell as desired.

 

Spring TRU Challenge WOD 2 – Team (3-person)

“Keep Trucking!”

90 Burpee box overs (24/20″)*

75 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)*

60 Hand release push-ups*

45 Toes-above-hips*

 

For time

(12:00 cap)

*Novice: (24/20″) box, (35/20) DB snatch, knee push-ups allowed, knees-above-hips

    Do 215, with 15-18 first set before racking. Do not let go of bar when resting.
