Take 7-minutes for both partners to establish a 1-rm on the following complex:
1 Clean ⇒ 1 Front squat ⇒ 1 Thruster ⇒ 1 Shoulder to overhead
For combined max load
*Athletes may warm up the barbell in the rest, but must not begin the complex for score until the rest is complete
