5 Rounds for quality (goal is to go unbroken on everything)

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 18/14 calories each round, (40/25) dumbbells
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 16/12 calories each round, (30/20) dumbbells
