U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, of Glasgow, MS, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, based in Fort Campbell, KY, was killed on August 30, 2004, when his Military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device in Khutayiah, Iraq.

He is survived by his daughters, Shelby and Erin; his son, Zachary; his parents, Ross and Glenda; and his siblings, Kelly and Daniel.

    Warmed up to 225# clean but failed multiple times on first round. Dropped to 215#. All HSPU strict UB

    Jessica used box and 83#

    Adv Rx through round 12 for Sarah, then she had to lower PC to 133 bc her back wasn’t feeling it. I did Adv Rx throughout. We both did strict HSPU for all 30 rounds. SHSPU got tough!

    Shadowed Sarah, using 20# WB/SHSPU/175# PC, and stayed same pace through round 28. On last round, he got stuck on the SHSPU, and capped with 2 reps (1 SHSPU and 1 clean). He finished it out with a time of 30:21.
