Conditioning:

As many laps* as possible in 25 minutes of the following:

Farmer Carry (2 x 50/35)

**Every time you break, perform 10/8 calories on the machine of your choice, OR 30 double-unders.

*Lap will be indoors at the gym.

    17 rx

    I probably started with 1.5 laps / round. Did some 1 lap rounds. The rounds I ran were way better on grip but got my heart rate up. Next time jog 1 fast lap then walk out a half lap. Slow bike all rounds.

    Beat my last score by over a lap & a half. I did DU my last few rds, biked mostly but def doing DU got me to beat my last score. Next time do Bike/ DU & switch every rd.

    11 laps plus 90ft RX weight
    Hit 2 laps first and then one at a time beyond that. Alternated biking and single unders, trying to get a rest for my grip on the bike and then faster rounds with the SU’s! This is a fun one!
