I could have gotten under cap. Just need to suck up the squats a little more on the first round.

Worked on some slightly bigger sets on T2B. Did all OHS UB. Also tried pushing machines a little faster, might have started a little too fast. 😬
Tiring WOD though!!💪🏼
Then I did the lunges for Thursday’s IC. Yikes!
