On an every 3:00 clock…
Single arm dumbbell bench press
8 reps/side*
5 Sets for quality, increasing weight each set
*Perform 10 push-ups after each set
Lift 3:
Back Rack Barbell Walking Lunges
On an every 4:00 clock…
50-ft (25-ft from rig, turn, 25-ft back)
5 Sets for quality, building in weight each set
