*Floating planks are performed with athlete in high plank position, then athlete lifts one arm and opposite leg simultaneously. Alternate through designated reps.

85# on the clean complex. Loved that!
Deadlift was 205# but should have been 220#. Need to work on keep the bar close to my legs.
