10 Synchro thrusters (105/68)

1000m Ski

10 Synchro clean & jerks (105/68)

1000m Row

10 Synchro burpees-over-bar

 

2 rounds for time

*For a twist, Advanced partner teams can use a worm for thrusters, c&j, and burpees

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: All reps and distances same as Advanced, (80/53)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 2400m bike, 7 thrusters (65/43), 750 ski, 7 c&j, 750 row, 7 burpees
