Classes next week are regular through Wednesday’s noon class, then no night class. The gym is closed on Thursday, January 1. Friday classes will be 0900 and 1200 only.

Station 1, MF pair:

10 Synchro pull-ups

15 Deadlifts (185/133)

Station 2, MF pair:

Max calories skied

Station 3, MF pair:

Rest

 

For scores (AMRAP score and calorie score)

*At 3-2-1-Go, each partner group starts at a station. Pairs will rotate stations after completion of station 1. Station 1 will rotate to station 2, station 2 will rotate to station 3, and station 3 will rotate to station 1. Continue in this pattern for the entirety of the 14-minutes.
