*Partner version: all runs done together, work at each station can be split up as desired. Equal work on stations NOT required.

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 400m runs, (335/225) sled push, (225/170) sled pull, (2 x 53/35) farmer carry, (50/30) sandbag, (14/10) wall-ball
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 300m runs, (225/170) sled push, (170/125) sled pull, (2 x 40/25) farmer carry, bodyweight lunges, (12/8) wall-ball
