Chad Wilkinson, a Navy SEAL, died by suicide on Oct. 29, 2018, due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast-wave injuries, and PTSD. Wilkinson left behind a wife, two kids, and countless other friends and family members. Since her husband’s death, Sara Wilkinson, a long-time member of the Functional Fitness community and trainer on Functional Fitness’s Seminar Staff, has been promoting awareness around veteran suicide and prevention through her nonprofit, The Step Up Foundation.

1:09:47 rx at home. ~4 min pr
25 per side.
Tried 3 different counting schemes
1) 5 each leg
2) alternate evey step
3) 8,7,5,5
#2) was slowest
#3) best for mental game
Nice job!!! 💪🏼
1:19:17 Adv Rx (10:00 PR!)
1:19:47 Rx weighted
~6:00 PR
I did 25 per corner, switching feet every 5 for first 500 (39:49), and then changed to 30-30-30-10 for second half (39:58). So the 30’s is clearly faster since the time was almost the same even after 500 reps of fatigue.
Next time, transition faster between 100’s.
Kile was 2:19:35
1:45:39 RX
Slower than in 2023, boo. But we did it ☑️
Hips were on fire
Broke it up 25/ side for 10 rounds
5 each leg/ began alternating each leg last 100 reps. Probably won’t do this again tbh. lol
1:55:37 Rx
Took lots of breaks, the knees weren’t feeling great. Only 6 min slower than last time.
Correction 1:55:44 (I think)

First time doing Chad, did it without weight. Next year will go for full RX!
