Every minute on the minute for 23-minutes (4 sets):

Minute 1: 5 Wall-walks

Minute 2: 15 Box jumps (24/20″)

Minute 3: 15 Burpees

Minute 4: 20 Air squats

Minute 5: 20 Butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

Minute 6: Rest

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 3 wall-walks, 12 box jumps (20/16″), 12 burpees, 16 squats, 16 sit-ups
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 3 scaled wall-walks OR 0:40 plank shoulder taps, 10 box step ups (20/16″), 10 burpees, 12 squats, 12 sit-ups
