Started with rx weight and 5/3/1 mu rep scheme.
First round 3:57 dropped weight to 115
And got 18 and 11 reps. MUs get hard as I worked the legs.
Next time lower weight or do c2b

Lost my good grips and spent like 30:00 trying to find them with no luck. 😒 But this was a good touch workout and a good test of CTB under fatigue.
