Every 4:00 complete:

7 Overhead squats (135/93)

7 Bar muscle-ups

5 Overhead squats (135/93)

5 Bar muscle-ups

3 Overhead squats (135/93)

3 Bar muscle-ups

 

3 Sets for time each set (or score if not completed), rest 1:00 between sets

 

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: (115/78) overhead squats, chest-to-bar pull-ups
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: (95/63) overhead squats, chin-over-bar pull-ups

    Started with rx weight and 5/3/1 mu rep scheme.
    First round 3:57 dropped weight to 115
    And got 18 and 11 reps. MUs get hard as I worked the legs.

    Next time lower weight or do c2b

    Lost my good grips and spent like 30:00 trying to find them with no luck. 😒 But this was a good touch workout and a good test of CTB under fatigue.

    Should have lowered the MU reps to achieve the stimulus. 😏 The first set of 5 was WAY rougher than I had expected!
