15 Wall-ball shots (20/14)@(10/9′)

12 Box-jump overs (24/20″)

9 Pull-ups

6 Wall-walks

…then immediately into 1 round of…

60 Wall-ball shots

48 Box-jump overs

36 Pull-ups

24 Wall-walks

 

For time

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 12-10-8-6 rep rounds, (16/10) WB shots, (20/16″) box jump overs; 48-40-32-24 reps
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 10-8-6-4 rep rounds, (12/8) WB shots, (16/12″) box jump overs or step-overs, banded pull-ups or ring rows, scaled wall-walks or 75-ft bear crawl; 40-32-24-16 reps (300-ft bear crawl for the 16 ww)

    Monster Games Qualifier
    “Burning the Candle at both ends”
    369 Rx
    Connected all 3 BMU for first 5 rounds, missed 3rd on rd 6, then went to 2/1 or singles as felt, failed 2 in a row in last round. 😡

    WOD 2:
    Monster Games Qualifier
    “Bridges Burned”
    24:10 Rx

    I was totally exhausted after this one. These last two days have worn me out!! My bridge is totally burned!! 😆
