Conditioning:

4 rounds of:

200m Run

10 Strict pull-ups

Then, immediately into 4 rounds of:

200m Run

15 Push-ups

Then, immediately into 4 rounds of:

200m Run

25 Squats

 

For time

(30:00 cap)

Compare to Saturday, 31 August 2024


†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same as run as Adv, 8 pull-ups, 12 push-ups, 20 squats
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 100m run, 8 banded pull-ups or ring rows, 12 push-ups, 20 squats

    Beat my last time.

    2s starting out on Pull-ups, then round 2 switched to 1s. 5/5/3/2 on pushups, happy on this rep scheme. Squats, just got them done.

    Those strict pull-ups got tough! Did first three rounds of pushups UB but then did 8-4-3 on last round haha!

    Strict pull-ups got tough!
    6/4, 4/3/3, 3/3/2/2, 3/2/2/1/1/1
    Pu were all 15 UB!
    Squats were easy but legs were definitely heavy on the runs!!!
