  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: same reps, (20/16″) box, (2 x 40/30) devil presses
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 300m run (2 x 150m), 32 box jumps (16/12″), 8 devil presses (2 x 35/25)

    21:30 solo at crunch

    That sucks by yourself lol runs felt good even if they slowed down. Box jumps felt more confident. The devils press were the easy part 🤪
