10/8 Calories bike

 

10 Rounds for time

*Use same barbell throughout

†Levels:

  • Intermediate/70+ Advanced: Same reps, (95/63) barbell
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: Same reps on barbell movements (80/53), 7/5 calories biked

    Approached aiming for a 1:30 / round pace. Kept about that pace for 5-6 rounds. Slowed a bit after that. Last round was fastest because of last bike.

    Tough WOD. Pushed bike to stay above 67 rpm. Stayed above 70 for 6 of 10, above 67 for 3 of 4, and only fell to 64 on one round. I did start off a little too fast. Need to learn how to pace the start better. 😬

    Did all barbell work UB, with exception of the intentional drop each round after DL rep 4 to switch from alternating grip to dbl overhand.
