*At 3-2-1-Go, each partner group starts at a station. Pairs will rotate stations after completion of station 1. Station 1 will rotate to station 2, station 2 will rotate to station 3, and station 3 will rotate to station 1. Continue in this pattern for the entirety of the 14-minutes.
