Class schedule this week is regular through Wednesday noon class, then closed Christmas Eve night class through Friday, 26 December. Back to normal Saturday at 0900.

    Note: do not do a long distance row two days before. Hands were ripping.

    Modified to ring rows and v-ups half way through.
    went to strict HSPU my kip was way off
    Biked 3600m instead of row

    Pistols- scaled to hook ankle, everything else RX. PRd by like 13ish mins from last year! HSPU- broken up by 3s, then 2s
    RD- started at 3/2, ended up last 2 rds doing singles.

    Next time, I need to pay attention to my setup. I had a lot of unnecessary transition time and distance.
