    We did the KO in the OK team versions of these WODs.
    WOD 1:
    3-person teams, w/200# worm
    Brian/Anniee/Justin-7:53
    Sarah/Jimmy/Lexie-7:41

    WOD 2:
    Synchro partner team while other 4 row for max cals
    Brian/Lexie-60 reps (10 rds)
    Justin/Anniee-50 reps (8 rds +2 cleans)
    Jimmy/Sarah-70 reps (11 rds +1 FSQ)
    Total cals: 268
