unbroken until the set of 21 then did 12 and 9. Push the pace on the last set of Burpee’s.
SWOD- got up to 120 felt pretty good.
Knee was bothering me today. Didn’t go to full depth.

SWOD Worked up to 183 but failed the 2nd rep
CWOD – 8:18 intermediate numbers! Feels great to keep up at that level! Burpees felt like moving through mud today but they’re still so much faster than before!
SWOD – 120#, not quite 85% (closer to 82%?) but they felt good and I was really going for good depth and form.
