7 Strict handstand push-ups
5 Squat snatches (155/103)
3 Sets for time each set
(8:00 cap each sett)

- Intermediate/70+ Advanced: 400m Row/Ski, 1000m Bike, 8 Devil press (2 x 40/30), 6 kipping handstand push-ups, 4 power snatches (135/93)
- Beginner/70+ Scaled: 350m Row/Ski, 900m Bike, 7 Devil press (2 x 35/25), 5 box handstand push-ups, 3 power snatches (105/68)

Rx (+an ab mat )
1 ab mat for SHSPU; they felt so good, probably could do a set or two without it. Those snatches were heavy under fatigue but I got em done! The last set felt better. Proud of myself for this one.
Adv Rx. Missed two snatches on both sets 1 and 2 but reset and was able to get all 5. This was a good WOD! SHSPU in 4/3.
