I quit on this workout very early on and was more or less coasting into the cap. I’m glad I pushed it finish and not quit at the end.
Next time if I’m not feeling great I should probably go down to int weight. Rx weight is a grind for me to keep moving.

SOH: 8/8/5/5/ can’t remember rest lol. Tried for 8s on FS. Did singles on Cleans. Reps of 2-3 on thrusters. Just made it through.
