    The burpee shuttle runs got tiring! Did C2B UB through 6, then 4/3, 5/3, 5/4, 4/2/2/1/1.

    SWOD:
    Sets 1-3 successful at 205#
    Set 4, reps 1-4 successful, 5 spotted
    Set 5 reps 1-4 successful, 5 no-go

    Left shoulder still a little achy, but I believe it is getting better!!
