Unlimited members can utilize Open Gym to develop additional skills, build strength, or enhance their conditioning. All other members may use Open Gym to make up a missed programmed WOD.

Snatch Balance
On a 2:00 clock, perform 3 reps at each of the following percentages…
20, 30, 40, 50, 55
…then perform 2 reps at each of the following percentages…
60, 65, 70, 75, 80
…then on a 1:30 clock, perform 1 rep at 85% for 4 sets
For quality
Lift 2:
Front Squat
Spend 10 minutes warming up to 80% of 1-rm front squat and then…
On a 1:30 clock:
3 Front Squats @ 80%
6 sets for quality
Core Work:
10 Wall-ball GHD sit-ups
20 Superman raises
30 Heel taps
1:00 Low plank hold
1:00 rest
3 rounds for quality
†MP Iron Club programming will be available at both Open Gym times. It is designed to improve every athlete’s lifting ability. The core of this program is to develop the skills and strength needed to improve the Olympic and power lifts.
