Conditioning:

2025 TRU Challenge WOD 3

“Follow the Leader”

Complete as many rounds* and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Calories rowed

10 Wall-ball shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

10 Sit-ups

 

For score

*This WOD is performed in a Waterfall method, where once Partner A completes 10 calories, Partner B then completes 10 calories. Once B completes, the team moves to Wall-balls and A performs their 10 wall-ball shots, then B, and so on continuously for the 10 minutes.

Novice/Masters Divisions wall-ball shots: (14/10) @ (10/9′)

100 Hang snatches* (75/55)

*Any time the bar is put down or switches athletes, partners perform 6 syncro lateral burpees over the bar
