Conditioning:

Partner WOD

2025 TRU Challenge WOD 1 “Choose Your Own Adventure”

As many rounds and reps as possible in 16-minutes of:

30 Double-unders OR single-unders

5 Pull-ups OR ring-rows

5 Box overs (20″, 24″ OR 30″)

 

For score* (partners alternate full rounds)

*Scores are based on the following points. Athlete MUST stay with the movements they choose for the entirety of the workout:

Single-unders = 1 point

Double-unders = 2 points

Ring rows = 1 point

Pull-ups = 2 points

20″ box = 1 point

24″ box = 2 points

30″ box = 3 points

 

…Rest 10:00 (may warm-up for WOD 2 during the rest) and then…

 

Partner WOD

2025 TRU Challenge WOD 2 “Don’t Let Go!”

Take 7-minutes for both athletes* to establish a 1-rep max for the following complex:

1 Power clean ⇒ 2 Front squats ⇒ 1 Hang clean (squat or power)

 

For combined total load

*Only 1 barbell allowed. MM teams must use a 20kg bar and FF teams must use a 15kg bar. MF teams can choose which bar they would like to use.

    I did DU’s, pull-ups, and 24” box jump overs.

    140lb….(138 according to jimmy’s math)
    On barbell complex! Feel like I’m getting some strength back… finally!!
