On a 15:00 clock…..

4 Rounds of:

50 Double-unders

40 Wall-ball shots (25/20) @ (10/9′)

30 Calories rowed*

….and then….

Accumulate as many points as possible in the remaining time:

Bar muscle-ups (5 points)

Toes-to-bar (2 points)

Pull-ups (1 point)

 

For two scores (time to finish rounds & points accumulated)
